Annotatsiya

The generalized susceptibility of a dislocation segment which is pinned at its ends and experiences electronic drag during motion is found in the paper. Using the value, we find the dispersion of the equilibrium oscillations of the segment by applying the fluctuation-dissipation theorem in the quantum and classical limits. The effect of viscosity on the fluctuational unpinning of the dislocation from the defects is analyzed.
