Annotatsiya
The interaction of surface electrons in helium with electromagnetic radiation is studied. It is shown that superheating of the electron system by electromagnetic radiation leads to redistribution of electrons over levels. The possibility of using interlevel transitions of surface electrons as a method of selective and wideband reception and generation of electromagnetic radiation is demonstrated. Estimates of electron system superheating relative to the liquid helium are performed, which indicate the dominant role of two-ripplon processes in surface electron energy dissipation.
