Annotatsiya
The Éliashberg technique is used to obtain an equation for the energy gap of an N film (belonging to an N−S sandwich; S is the superconductor) in the tunneling Hamiltonian model. The case where the voltage V applied to the contact differs from zero is considered. It is shown that, as distinct from the previously considered case of V = 0, the induction of superconductivity (proximity effect) is manifested best in the N film at voltages V2∼Δs2−ΔN2 when Δs ≫ ΔN (Δs and ΔN are the energy gaps of the S and N films).
