Annotatsiya
Nonlinear effects in the electrical conductivity of point contacts between metals having different elastic scattering lengths (li) and different electron spectrum characteristics are investigated. The intensity of the point contact spectrum for a pure-impure metal junction is of the same order of magnitude as that for a contact between two metals in the diffusion limit (li < d, where d is the junction diameter) . In the presence of electron groups with different Fermi momenta (pF1≫ pF2), electron focusing effects may occur which lead to the selection of the phonons being generated according to their energies .
