Annotatsiya

A kinetic equation has been formulated for vacancions (vacancies) with allowance for the possibility of their being created and annihilated on dislocations in a crystal. The kinetic equation for vacancions is supplemented with a system of equations for elastic deformations, the changes in which are due to the displacement of dislocations as a result of the precipitation (or creation) of vacancies. The diffusion coefficient of vacancions and the contribution of the vacancion flux to the thermal conductivity have been calculated. The results for vacancion thermal conductivity are compared with experimental data on the isochoric thermal conductivity of solid inert gases (A. I. Bondarenko, V. G. Manzhelii, and V. A. Popov).
