Annotatsiya
The kinetic equations and the equations of self-consistency, describing the nonequilibrium states of electronic excitations in a tunnel junction on which a high-frequency oscillating voltage is applied, are obtained. It is shown that the nonequilibrium values of the energy gaps are determined by the nonequilibrium states arising in the electronic subsystem (due to “real” transitions of electrons through the tunnelling barrier), as well as, to a large extent, by the renormalization of the quasiparticle spectrum, due to “virtual” transitions under the action of the ac voltage.
