Annotatsiya
The nonlinear uhf effects remaining in point contacts between normal metals up to frequencies of ω ∼ 1013−1014 sec−1 and temperatures of T ≲ 102 K are studied. The dependences of the rectified signal δI(V) = Ī(V) − I0(V) under laser irradiation of the contact on the frequency and the voltage applied to the contact are found in a microscopic theory (using the Green–Keldysh functions). Calculated numerically for a number of frequencies and temperatures, they agree satisfactorily with the results of experimental studies [R. W. Van den Heijden et al., Appl. Phys. Lett. 37, 245 (1980)].
