Annotatsiya
The motion of dislocations in zinc single crystals in the normal and superconducting states has been measured at 0.5 K. The mobile dislocations were generated in the crystal by scratching its surface. The motion of dislocations in the slip systems (0001)〈112¯0〉 or {1122¯}〈112¯3〉 and also in the twins {11¯02}〈11¯01〉 was observed, depending on the orientation of the surface studied. An influence was found of the state of the superconductor on the path lengths of the basal and pyramidal dislocations, and also on elastic twinning.
