Annotatsiya
The electron–phonon-renormalized effective mass of electrons in the nonequilibrium state, which is realized in metal point contacts, is shown to depend on the contact potential difference eV and to differ considerably from its values in the equilibrium state when eV ∼ hωD (ωD is the Debye frequency). When Fermi-liquid effects are taken into account the inductance of a point contact between normal metals may become negative.
