Annotatsiya

A minimum of the electrical resistance below the superconducting transition temperature Tc was observed in granular indium films exhibiting activated conductivity above Tc. The influence of electric and magnetic fields on this effect is studied. The experimental data indicate that the resistance minimum is determined by competition between hopping conductivity and Josephson tunneling between granules. A qualitative explanation of the nature of this phenomenon is proposed.
