The coupling of acoustic and exchange magnons with the elastic subsystem in hexagonal perovskites, which have a noncollinear antiferromagnetic structure of the triangular type, is studied. General conclusions are drawn about the features of the magnetoelastic interaction in antiferromagnets with a noncollinear structure of exchange origin. The existence of linear magnetoelastic and piezomagnetic effects of exchange origin is predicted.
