Annotatsiya

The current–voltage characteristics and the temperature dependences of the critical current and normal resistance have been studied on thin-film niobium bridges, obtained by a controlled application of current pulses to the bridge. Bridges with critical currents Ic ≲ 100 μ A are shown to possess very distinct Josephson properties. A planar de SQUID with a flux resolution of δΦ ≃ l.l · 10−4Φ0/Hz1/2 has been fabricated.
