Annotatsiya

The isochoric thermal conductivity of CO2 crystals with molar volumes 27.46, 27.72, and 28.15 cm3/mole has been measured in the premelting temperature region. The observed excess in the thermal conductivity λ above the values which follow from a λ ∼ 1/T law is interpreted within the framework of a vacancy transport mechanism. The isochoric activation energies for self-diffusion Qv are determined and the isobaric QP are calculated; a discussion of the results obtained is carried out.
