Annotatsiya

Superconductivity has been found in indium single-crystals in fields Hc2 < H < 1.65 Hc2, arising as a result of twinning on low-temperature deformation. The flow of superconducting currents in fields greater than Hc2 is provided by a three-dimensional network of twin boundaries in two intersecting crystallographic systems. The appreciable influence of relaxation processes, which take place on heating the crystal, on the critical fields and superconducting currents associated with the twin boundaries has been established.
