Tunneling in high-temperature superconductors

Annotatsiya

Tunnel junctions were formed on the surface of La–Sr–Cu–O and Y–Ba–Cu–O bulk samples. Their dynamic conductivity is shown to be similar to tunneling in inhomogeneous superconducting systems and to display anomalies due to the energy gap and the phonon spectrum of the oxides.
