Annotatsiya

The effect of superconducting transition on the plastic properties of zinc is studied under the conditions of twinning and slipping. It is found that the flow stress depends on the state of the sample compressed along the hexagonal axis, when twinning causes a deformation of up to ϵ ≃ 5% in zinc. The temperature and deformation dependence of ΔτNS are obtained. The effect of twinning on the superconducting transition temperature is also studied.
