Annotatsiya

Temperature dependences of narrow-band cathode luminescence intensity of superconducting (SC) ceramics YBa2Cu3O7 exhibit a wide asymmetric hysteresis in the region from Tl = 30 K to Tc = 98 K. The hysteresis appears only when the sample is is cooled to below Tl = 30 K. The temperature variation rate influences the lower and upper hysteresis branches in different ways. The results are explained in terms of the concept of the first-order phase transition (PT) between two SC phases. The assumption is made concerning the kinetic blocking of a metastable phase nucleus in the range from 30 to 98 K and the stability loss in the high-temperature SC phase at 30 K.
