Annotatsiya

The effect of microwave radiation in the range (0.2–2) GHz and 10 GHz on the IVC of Nb–YBa2Cu3Ox point contacts is studied in the temperature interval 4.2–300 K. Nonlinear effects associated with the generation of superconductivity in HTS ceramics at T ≤ 270 K have been discovered.
