Annotatsiya

Temperature and orientational dependences of the upper critical Held of Nb/Si superconducting superlattices are studied. The deviations in the behavior of superlattices from that of regular systems with weak Josephson bonds between superconducting layers are found to be due to the interface roughness and nonuniform interdiffusive interaction between Nb and Si layers.
