Annotatsiya

Thermoelectric and thermomagnetic effects in heat generation are taken into account in the framework of the phenomenological theory of vortex excess entropy transport in type-II superconductors. Making use of the evaluated dissipation function Q(T, r) the entrainment of the temperature domains (TD are localized regions of excessive heat generation) by the moving vortex structure is considered in the superconductors anisotropic in pinning. Essential for the TD-dynamics are the component of the transport current j transverse to the domain velocity and vortex lattice density n. These conditions should be taken into account when a superconducting sample is used to generate current and voltage oscillations with frequency v = υD/L (υD is the TD velocity and L the length of the sample) in such a resistive state.
