Peculiarities of 57Fe NMR spectra in ErFeO3 are investigated in the vicinity of Tc = TN2 (H) (for H∥ c-axis of the crystal) of the low-temperature spin-reorientation transition due to the erbium subsystem ordering. An analysis of the spectra shows that for T > Tc, a long-living short-range order with a symmetry of the low-temperature phase Γ1 which is nominally realized at T < Tc, is established in the erbium subsystem of ErFeO3.
