Effect of electromagnetic radiation on transient properties of superconducting channels
Annotatsiya
The dependence of the non-Josephson generation frequency in superconducting films on the frequency and amplitude of the external electromagnetic signal is experimentally investigated. It is shown that for fp ≫ fg, the change in the vibration frequency correlates with the effect of the external signal on Δ in accordance with the model representations [G. A. Gogadze, Fiz. Nizk. Temp. 12, 1102 (1986); G. A. Gogadze et al., in: Abstracts of Papers of 24th All-Union Conf. on Low Temp. Phys. Tbilisi (1986)]. Resonance is observed in superconducting channels under the action of a direct transport current equal to the generation current. In this case, the superconducting film displays at frequencies fp ∼ fg properties inherent in a parametric system.
