Peculiarities in the behavior of point-contact spectrum during evolution of the structural state

Experimental data on the instability of point-contact spectra of zinc single crystals due to a destabilization of the basal dislocation network surrounding the point contact are considered. The spectra are characterized by the presence of zero-point anomalies for E > kT, and a considerable rise in the Fermi level and the current density.
