Annotatsiya
Hysteresis phenomena were observed in the thermal conductivity of zirconium-doped 1-2-3 yttrium ceramic. Doping with zirconium increases the hysteresis phenomena in the thermal conductivity of 1-2-3 ceramic in the region of the superconducting transition. The characteristic features of the temperature dependence κ(T) are compared with the anomalies in the temperature dependences of the electric resistance and the lattice parameters in the region of the superconducting transition (90−120 K).
