Annotatsiya

The spectrum of quasilocal vibrations in three-dimensional and low-dimensional crystals containing two-parametric substitutional impurities is calculated analytically by using Green’s function technique. The results of analytic calculations are supplemented with a numerical analysis carried out for realistic lattice models in a wide range of defect parameters and anisotropy values of the crystal. Among other things, it is shown that well-defined resonance vibrations can emerge in low-dimensional systems practically in any spectral region.
