Annotatsiya
The relative contribution of tunneling to the process of overcoming of trap-induced potential barriers by excitons in quasi-one-dimensional dielectrics is considered. The theoretical curve is compared with the experimental temperature dependence of the exciton trapping rate in a quasi-one-dimensional collinear antiferromagnet CsMnCl3 · 2H2O. The potential barrier energy and the effective exciton mass are estimated.
