Annotatsiya

The high-frequency point-contact spectroscopy technique is used for studying antimony contacts in the interval 3·103 − 8·1010 Hz. It is shown that the main contribution to the background signal in the PC spectrum is made by the processes of multiphonon relaxation of electrons, and not by the reabsorption of nonequilibrium phonons. The frequency of thermal relaxation of the point contact is determined from the frequency dispersion of the conductivity in the region of high voltages. The high-frequency results for contacts with inverse spectra are interpreted by using the model of spatial localization of electron states. A considerable enhancement of the spectral singularities of the electron-phonon interaction is revealed.
