Annotatsiya

The possibilities of the improvement of the parameters of photovoltaic cells based on gallium arsenide through application of protective oxide coatings and by means of ultrasonic treatment are considered. The effects of different conditions of the process of thermal annealing on the properties of structures and the action of ultrasound on the spectral characteristics of obtained structures have been studied.
