This paper tries to solve the problem on existing supply chain management. The paper puts forward a novel information collection system that based on RFID technology. The paper discusses that how to build this system by bottom up mode. Also the paper describes that how to use the system on supply chain management and the change that bring from by using it. In the end it deeply analyses the advantages of this newly information collection system.
