Control system of a IT-infrastructure as the factor of a safety

In the report the question of definition of a policy of security and information protection in the distributed information system is considered. It is offered to organise monitoring system and management of an IT infrastructure in distributed IS taking into account maintenance of base level of security, corresponding to ITIL recommendations.
