The regeneration manner of Iris plantlets is similar to corm propagated,add certain PP333 in the medium which can weaken the rivalrousness between the growth of leaf and rhizomic budbreak.Setting MS+BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L as basic medium,append PP333 confined the concentration 0.4~1.0 mg/L,the number of rhizomic budbreak attained 4.93 compared with the PP333-free medium,the departure angle of neonatal rhizomic budbreak was 32.5℃ far from uprightness direction of foregoing plantlet subcultured.The elongation of leaves grown out from foregoing plantlet subcultured was refrained,became much wider and greener.It is considerable to recognize the regenerating maner and culturing phase of plant in vitro when apply PP333 to meliorate the growth state.
