Lipid fractions from Scutellaria ramosissima tested on the microtubular array of cancer cell models
Annotatsiya
Scutellaria ramosissima (Lamiaceae) is a plant used in traditional Uzbek medicine for cancer and inflammatory therapy. The aim of this work is to investigate the microtubular component of the HeLa and HL-60 cells cytoskeleton after treatment with the isolated lipid fractions from S. ramosissima by using immunofluorescence analysis. In our hands a relation between the administration of isolated lipid fractions and the microtubule array did not occur. Our data confirmed that the microtubular cytoskeleton is not the cytoplasmic target of molecules consisting the lipid fractions from Scutellaria ramosissima .
