Research on the Rhizome Bud in Vitro Culture Of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua Based on the Uniform Design Model

[Objective]The research aimed to select the optimal media formulations of the rhizome bud [Method]Taking the Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua with rhizome and buds as explants,the optimal media formulations of the adventitious bud propagation in the Vitro Culture of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua was selected by the uniform design and analysis methods under the cases of many hormone kinds and levels.[Result]The results showed that MS + KT 1. 49 mg /L + NAA 0. 29 mg /L + Agar 0. 7% + Sugar3%( pH = 5. 8) wsa the best medium for the adventitious buds induction. The average buds number induced by a bud is 7. 09. [Conclusion]The research results can provide the theoretical and technical support for the cyrtonema scale and industrialized breeding of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua.
