Study on Standardized Propagation Technique of Schefflera actinophylla
Annotatsiya
The young terminal bud and stem of Schefflera actinophylla were used as explants and the techniques of bud induction, propagation, rooting and transplanting were studied. The results showed that the best media for proliferation was MS+1.5 mg / L 6-BA +0.15 mg / L NAA, and the best media for rooting was 1 / 2MS + 0.10~0.15 mg / L NAA. The tissue culture plants in proliferation stage were allowed to vary within relatively wide limits, while keeping the TC plants at 1 000~1 500 lx and making the cutting cycle for 6 weeks could improve the productivity and reduce the production cost. Water management in low temperature was the key to the control of greenhouse, and the survival rate of rooted plantlets could be up to 95%when transplanted onto the substrate(peat soil∶perlite=3∶1).
