Effect of Domestic Wastewater Irrigation on Soil Microbial Community

A wastewater irrigation experiment in poplar woodland with different irrigation volume( 0,300,600,900,1200,and 1500m3·hm-2) was conducted to study effect of domestic on soil microbial community. The results showed that when the irrigation volume was 600 ~ 900 m3·hm-2,the amount of soil bacteria,fungi,actinomycetes,nitrogen-fixing microbe,nitrite bacteria,nitrifying bacteria,denitrifying bacteria and phosphate-dissolving microbes increased. The soil indicators changed with an increased irrigation volume. The soil microbe amount decreased,the soil physical and chemical properties showed the decreased tendency.
