Annotatsiya

In the paper, we studied the effect of different waterlogging stress on the phihysiological and biochemical characteristics of Taxodium ascendens in coal mining subsidence area in Huainan city. The results showed that different degree of waterlogging significantly affected the chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content, MDA(malondialdehyde) content and relative electric conductivity of Taxodium ascendens. With the increase of waterflooding level, the soluble sugar content, the relative electric conductivity and the MDA content declined at first and then increased. However, the chlorophyll content increased at first and then declined along with the increase of the depth of water. The research showed that moderate waterlogging stress was conducive for Taxodium ascendens to growth, while excessive waterlogging stress was harmful.
