Management of financial markets and the assessment of their condition: a synergistic approach

The article considers the issues of management of the financial markets from the perspective of the synergetic approach, proposed criteria for assessing the effectiveness of management decisions. Special attention is paid to the role of interest rates in the state regulation of the financial system of the state.
