Influence of conditions of synthesis to a complex formation of a chitosan of Bombyx mori with Co2+ and Cu2+has been investigated. It was revealed that at a complex formation of chitosan the factor pH has basic value during varying it, it is possible to receive polymer metal complex of various structure and type. Morphological and sorption researches of metal complexes of a chitosan were accomplished.
