<b>Objective:</b> to research the compliance of patients with multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis (MDR TB) based on the brief medication questionnaire and Morisky-Green Test (MGT). <b>Research methods and Findings:</b> A total of 65 compliant patients with MDR TB were complexly screened. Among the surveyed patients, men comprised 70% and women comprised 30%. The anonymous brief medication questionnaire and Morisky-Green Test (MGT) have been applied to indicate TB awareness and patient compliance. <b>Results and discussion:</b> The present study shows that 55% of patients with MDR TB are compliant to treatment, resulting from the replies to the list of MGT. The highest percentage is found among women; about 85% of them are compliant to medication, as compared to 64% among men. That figure stands at 40% of people who are lonely. The highest rate of nearly 90% can be detected in married couples. Occupation distribution shows that 75% of employed patients are compliant to medication and 40% of unemployed are non-compliant. In this study, medication side effects or toxicity of drugs were observed which was 45% of patients for compliance. <b>Conclusions:</b> The present study shows the adoption of TB treatment has been associated with reduced rate of treatment failure, only 55% of patients are compliant to TB treatment. Patients9 adherence to their medication regimens was influenced by the interaction of a number of the mentioned factors.
