Annotatsiya

This article describes issues related to the practical orientation of modern higher education. It lists the components of a motivated person who knows how to succeed in their professional activities. Named the fundamental principles of modern didactics. It is noted the role of innovation processes in higher education and the importance of teacher training at the present stage. It emphasized strengthening the role of independent work of students and increase the development of educational and creative and research tasks in the organization of educational process in high school.
