The characteristics of production TNF-α according to the stage of interstitial lung diseases
Annotatsiya
Extrinsic allergic alveolitis arise in response to intense and prolonged inhalation of antigen specific organic and inorganic origin and are characterized by diffuse lesions of allergic alveolar and interstitial lung structures. In recent years, in the immunopathogenesis EAA particular importance attached proinflammatory cytokines TNF-α. The aim of this work was to study the concentration of the cytokine TNF-α, involved in the regulation of immune response in patients with extrinsic allergic alveolitis. The study involved 47 patients with EAA c different course of disease who were hospitalized in the pulmonology department of the Samarkand Medical Association. Verification of the diagnosis carried out in accordance with the WHO International Classification (ICD-10, rubrika J67). All patients EAA according to the stage were divided into 3 groups: Group 1 - acute, Group 2 - subacute, 3 group - the chronic stage of the disease. Determination of TNF-α levels in the serum were determined by enzyme immunoassay. So, the highest level of TNF-α is recorded among patients with acute course of EAA and 4.8±0.31 pg/ml, more than three times higher than the control group. In contrast, TNF-α level was relatively low in chronic EAA having intermediate values in patients with subacute EAA. Thus, the results of Levels TNF-α production have shown that during acute EAA flow accompanied most pronounced changes in the key mediator of immunological process, provides various types of active movement of immune cells into inflammatory lesions in patients with EAA.
