Competence of public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation in a mail service

In the scientific publication the general administrative and legal aspects of realization of competence of public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation in a mail service are analyzed. The questions connected with need of extension of the list of the questions which are under authority of regional public authorities are investigated. Standards of the legislation, opinion of competent scientists-jurists are considered, the available problems in this sphere are designated.
