CONSTITUTIONAL AND LEGAL FRAMEWORKS FOR THE FORMATION AND FUNCTIONING OF THE ELECTRONIC GOVERNMENT SYSTEM IN UZBEKISTAN

The authors considers acceptance of the Law about e-government has become a progressive step in improving the legislation of the country. The article review the features of the new Law about egovernment.
