Social Programming As Technology Of Performing Activity In The System Of Social Process Management

The article considers social programming as the technology of goal–setting activity in the system of social processes management, the main directions of social and economic development of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In addition, concepts, theoretical and methodological problems, problems of development and problems of practical application, analytical reviews, legal economic aspects are presented.
