Based on the methodology of mathematical modeling of the regulatory mechanisms of biosystems, mathematical and computer models developed to study the functioning of the regulatory mechanisms of liver cells in hepatitis B viruses and its latent forms. Some of the results and their analysis obtained from the computational experiments are presents.
