The main law defining the system of social protection of persons with special needs was the Law on Social Protection of Persons with Disabilities in the Republic of Uzbekistan. As noted in the preamble, the law provides equal opportunities for persons with disabilities, including children with disabilities, to enjoy the same rights and freedoms as other citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan; creation of favorable conditions for civilian duties a Osin. Article 3 of the Act states that our state provides special care for children with disabilities.
