An analysis of the accumulation and distribution of biomass over plant organs allows one to obtain various information about the features of the formation of the crop of the studied genotypes. It characterizes some aspects of photosynthetic activity of plants, donor-acceptor relations between assimilating and consuming organs, potential productivity and attracting ability of fruiting organs and their realization in an economic crop. In this regard, we studied the distribution of dry biomass among plant organs and the attracting ability of fruiting organs in varieties of fine-fiber cotton with a limiting and unsaturated type of fruiting branches.
