Activities of Workers of the Surkhandarya Region to Strengthen the Rear During the Second World War

The article analyzes the specific archival material and shows the dedicated work of working people of Surkhandarya region of the Republic of Uzbekistan to strengthen the rear during the Second World War. Courage and patience among people have become the main source of approaching Victory Day. For during the war no one sat idle in idleness, people worked shoulder to shoulder, together, helping each other on the machines, in the fields, not knowing peace, fatigue, day and night, for heat and cold. Thanks to their dedicated work, the powerful economic foundation of victory was laid.
