Substantiation of the Rational Parameters of the Valves of Spool-Type Hydraulic Distributors on Agricultural Tractors

The article presents the results of theoretical studies to determine the A/A1(x) function with respect to changes in the flow area of bypass and ball valves of a P40/75 distributor. The optimal shape of the bore of the ball and conoidal valves is analyzed and validated. A theoretical study was performed on the process of landing a ball valve in the seat in terms of the probability of abrasive particles falling between them; the article presents the results of a technical solution to develop a wear-resistant ball valve assembly design using carbide metal ceramics.
