Annotatsiya
The attenuation and velocity of acoustic waves with frequencies of 50-450 MHz in lithium tantalate crystals have been studied in the phase transition region. The detected anomalies in the velocity and attenuation of longitudinal acoustic waves are explained in the framework of the phenomenological theory of phase transitions, as well as the interaction of piezoelectric acoustic waves with free and bound charges.
